This doesn’t cost anything and is a great opportunity to get some feedback and direction from the coaching staff. An initial consultation with your nutrition coach, including: health & food intake assessments, measurements, an InBody scan, and goal setting.
Nutrition Follow-Up Appointment
A 30-minute meeting with your nutrition coach to assess progress, review goals, take measurements, and perform an InBody scan.
Find out what your body is made of using our InBody machine! This machine analyzes your body composition, including muscle mass and body fat percentage. New Year, New You 6 Week Wellness Challenge
The New Year, New You 6 Week Wellness Challenge (NYNY6) starts on Saturday, January 4th, with the Kick-Off meeting getting everyone together for a morning of information, snacks and of course coffee.
You will have all the information with meal plans accessible to you upon signing up for the challenge. The official start date of the NYNY6 is January 6th and will be tailored towards a ‘clean eating’ approach. Cutting out as much foods with added sugars, processed foods and baked goods.
